When? Twice per day is best, once in the morning and once in the evening to wake the body up and then get ready for a deep and restful sleep. Many people find it very effective to include Belly Button Healing in their morning and evening exercise routines. You can also do Belly Button Healing throughout the day if you become stressed, tired, uninspired, or experience any type of pain.
How often? This really depends on your needs, wants, and time availability. We believe it is best to experience Belly Button Healing daily on a regular schedule, but everyone’s capabilities will vary. An easy way to gauge your needs is to start with 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes in the evening. This will give you a good idea of how that amount of time makes you feel and what you need to make any adjustments. Once you feel comfortable with this schedule, you can add sessions during the middle of the day or as needed. You can also increase the time of each session up to 10-15 minutes if needed. However often you perform Belly Button Healing, always finish with slow, deep breathing for 5 minutes.
