Profound implications in life have been generally unacknowledged, but now we can intentionally reduce and avoid exposure to harmful frequencies and use helpful frequencies to keep ourselves healthy and improve the realities we live in. We are not going back to caves and living in simple dwellings but we must use the gifts that we are given in a conscious and mindful way.
The Responsibility and Obligation For Staying Healthy.
We have been given the gift of life; it’s up to us to give ourselves the gift of living well. Health isn’t everything, but without it everything else is nothing.
All matter, each individual cell—as well as the entire organism—is made up of magnetic resonant field and bio-field patterns of varying strengths and frequencies, which become dependent and charged with this magnetic resonance. Outside disruptive frequencies can have an influence on any disease process by displacing ions (electrical charges), pulsating magnetic fields can lead to an abnormal membrane potential. Ultimately, every illness is the consequence of impaired cell metabolism. Diseased cells have different amplitudes of oscillation due to their reduced potential, their frequency remains the same, and their oscillation becomes weaker.
In 1986 I was closing down my Mexican food restaurant business where I had 5 microwave ovens, not feeling 100% certain about their safety I asked my bother, Darrell whether or not I should keep a unit for myself. He knew enough at that time to tell me that they not only destroyed the life force, the enzymes, but also caused free radicals. Today of course we now know more. Measurably there is no such thing as a healthy microwave oven.
Then in 1987 my father as a result of having veins pulled out of his leg to be used for his triple bypass surgery became uncomfortably cold at night. So he decided that he would use the convenient warmth of an electrical blanket. We told him at the time it was not a good idea having that form of energy so close in proximity to the body and it would not be conducive to his overall health and well-being. He then said, “They wouldn’t sell it if it wasn’t safe.”
Pure air, water, organic food and safe EMF levels of exposure are what constitutes a healthy environment. These are regulated by governments and other authorities and are based on:
1. Level of recognized awareness on said subject.
2. Level of motivation or willingness to serve the common good.
3. Level of what is considered by society as being acceptable in the cost versus harm ratio.
Do not allow your thinking to be overclouded by the general acceptance or conveyance factor of this technology. Also do not become overwhelmed by the complexity of the subject.
Even Nikola Tesla, the greatest inventor of all time, and the person Albert Einstein called, ‘The World’s Most Intelligent Person Of His Time’, admitted to not understanding exactly what electricity is. But he knew the benefits as well as the potential for harm these various frequency fields represented better than anyone in his day and arguably even today.
You will want to eventually have the ability to see for yourself whether or not you and your family are safe from your present and future environments. Remember when the Fukushima disaster occurred and the government was reporting that the effected area was much safer than it really was? Then an unknown female with a simple meter, showed the world with her smart phone that they were not telling the truth. Some things in life are just too important to leave in the hands of others.
SO WHAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL SUPPOSED TO DO?
We are surrounded by these frequencies 24-7, there is no escape! The first step in the Green approach is to reduce, yes reduce your exposure, and here is how.
How safe is your living environment from an EMF perspective?
Reducing your EMF exposure can benefit your overall health and wellness. In some cases, avoidance is essential to rebuilding health. Here are some suggestions that could change your life:
- Use cell phones as little as possible. When using a cell phone put it on speakerphone when possible. Studies have demonstrated that biological effects occur when holding the device against your ear 30 seconds into making or receiving a call. Use your cell phone to take messages and use a corded landline to make calls.
- Cell phones emit radiation even when you are not making a call. For this reason wireless communication devices should not be carried against your body. Cell phones kept in pockets should be turned off.
- Do not let young children use cell phones at all, or restrict their use to emergency situations only. This is not a toy.
- Do not let a child use a cordless home phone. These can be replaced with a hard-wired corded landline phone. We had 3 of them; they were convenient but deadly!
- Replace all DECT / digital cordless phones, which emit high levels of RF radiation even when they’re idle, with corded landline telephones. We are back to the landline with a 50-foot cord. Corded landline telephones have low EMF emissions and are a good alternative.
- Avoid cell phone use in a car unless you are using a roof mounted external antenna. Without this, the RF signals from your cell phone will intensify because of multiple reflections from the metal surfaces of the car creates a similar environment to that of faraday cage. Remember that cell phones emit RF radiation even when they are not being used to make a call.
- Many children’s games use wireless technology. Disable the wireless component if possible and replace it with a cable. Verify that RF emissions have ceased with an RF detector or RF Meter.
- All microwave ovens leak RF radiation when they are in use. Replace microwave ovens with safer appliances such as a convection toaster oven or a conventional electric or gas range oven.
- Do not use your laptop on your lap, the frequencies emitted have been proven to cause hormonal disruption and cellular dysfunction, especially in the pelvic area. When using a notebook/laptop or a computer use a hard wired network connection. Settings to disable the wireless connection are found in Network Settings on a PC or AirPort on a Mac. Once disabled, verify that the device has ceased emitting RF by using a RF detector or RF Meter. You can also use a secondary keyboard so that your hands are exposed to a lower safer field.
- Replace wireless Internet routers with hard-wired units. Some wireless router models allow the user to shut off the wireless component and convert it to a hard-wired unit, check with your provider.
- You will need:
D-Link – 1 Power line AV+ Mini Adapter (DHP-308AV) that attaches to your router.
- D-Link – 1 Power line AV+ 3-Port Switch w/ Pass through (DHP-P338AV) for every computer in your home. (Found at places like BestBuy and Future Shop)
Now your Internet is traveling through the electrical wiring in your home, therefore; there is no need for long cords just plug into the closest outlet to your computer and you are off and running. Make sure that you call your Internet provider to disable the Wi-Fi to protect your family.
Restore analog utility meters. Avoid smart meters and smart appliances.
Do not use compact fluorescent or any low voltage lighting technologies. CFLs emit high levels of electric fields and magnetic fields. Incandescent light bulbs or 120-volt halogen bulbs are a safer alternative. We now have an effective meter for measuring light photons. Helping us distinguish healthy and unhealthy light.
DVDs / VCRs, electric clock radios/alarm clocks, stereo systems, heating pads, electric blankets, and water beds must be unplugged to cease electric and magnetic field emissions. During sleeping hours, remove or unplug electronic devices located in the sleeping areas. Clearing your sleep area is your first priority. Sleep in an electricity free bedroom. Shut down all of the flow of electricity in the walls of your bedroom. Power off by using a remote and demand switch at the breaker box. Put cell phones on airplane mode or turn them off completely while sleeping. Your bedroom should be as dark as possible, as quiet as possible and as close to zero EMFs as possible.
Electrical appliances produce toxic electromagnetic fields (EMFs). These fields can layer, one upon the other, creating a harmful soup of radiation. That’s why the kitchen is a hotspot for harmful EMFs… but other rooms are affected, too. The harder an appliance works the larger the electromagnetic field. Examples treadmills, fans, blenders, hairdryers etc.
Consider sleeping an all-natural bed without metal or synthetics. If possible head facing north, feet facing south.
This is your most critical and your most vulnerable time of the day for your environment to be safe and supportive.
In some extreme cases it may be necessary to move, especially if your home has high EMF sources that are out of your control. (Power lines, cell towers, banks of smart meters)
Work with policy makers to create responsible public policy to reduce EMF and RF in the environment.
