Erasing Pain-Body ProgramsAbby
You will know how advanced you are with your self-growth by the way you handle life when things are not going your way. You can either choose to be the change you want to see, or continue to have ‘hell on earth’. Your perception of a situation will determine the amount of pain and the amount of time you choose to suffer. Depending on individual beliefs and perceptions, one person will cause pain for themselves and others for 5 minutes, versus another person, who chooses to endure the same for 5 days. In turn, the way you choose to view an event determines everything.
We need to shrink ourselves down and sit on our shoulder. This is an important step in becoming a neutral observer in seeing where we may have dysfunctional beliefs and perceptions based on downloaded, corrupt programs. There can be two people experiencing the same event, yet one decides life is not worth living, while the other finds the courage to rise above and seize the day. Perception is everything! Are you the victim or the hero in your movie? Remember, you write your own story. Everyone runs a body pain program with different beliefs. Some people may have an emotional crisis 3 times a day while others will explode like an atomic bomb once every 3 days.
We all run programs that we just keep repeating. It’s vital to understand that you are your programmer, so take charge and rewrite your program. For life to change externally, internally, physically and emotionally, the change must come from within. This is because you are the answer to everything. Track your programs and see if you are robotic in the way that you set yourself up for painful situations (pain-body program). If so, install a new chip, live, love and laugh!
Here are tips to help erase these programs that are causing you pain:
Put a loose fitting elastic band or hair tie around your wrist. Every time you have a negative thought or feel that you are running your pain program, give the band a gentle, loving snap and repeat “I love and approve of myself and I am in the process of healing my life!”
Start your day with a gentle breathing technique with a Structure Unit. The Structure Unit can balance your nervous system and brain within a couple of minutes, helping you to break the cycle of imaginary fear.
When you can get out of your mind, you will find peace. Some of the best methods for this is a walk in nature, a warm Structured Water shower, Yoga or even a quick nap can change your outlook, it’s only a thought.
