The Breath of Life Breathing Technique. As we all know the planet is more toxic today than it has ever been, which logically would make sense why humans are also more toxic than they have ever been.
We also know that there are only 6 corporations that control 92% of the media and their main goal from the very beginning has been focused on fear mongering and making the majority of the population feel as though they cannot master their life or their own wellbeing, this in itself is a lie.

Did you know that the majority of the population only uses 10-15% of their lung capacity? Proper breathing is essential for the prevention of disease and healing diseases. When we take in more oxygen, we increase the detoxification process and create a healthier environment for health and healing!
We must ground and center ourselves because correct answers only come to us when we are in the present.
Sit down cross-legged on the floor and close your eyes. Raise your right arm with your hand up to the sky and place your right elbow in the palm of the left hand, close your left nostril with your pointer finger and inhale deeply through your right nostril. Hold your breath and close your right nostril with your thumb, hold your breath for as long as you can. Exhale through your left nostril and hold your breath outside. Now inhale through your left nostril, close both nostrils and hold your breath as long as you can then open your right nostril and exhale. Repeat for 5 minutes. Focus only on your breath, calm your mind as the deep breathing cleanses your system and brings your health and vitality into balance. Regulating, stimulating and releasing the vital life force within your body.
